Good day, evening or night to my fellow colleauges, friends and teachers. This is my very first blog post on this website I crammed to work in about a week.
I don't really have much to blog but I think explaining how I made this website would be very intresting.
I am using TipTap for wysiwyg(what you see is what you get) editor. Not only it has a lot of built in stuff and extensions, it saves me a lot of time on building my own editor.
I went for the terminal/editor asethetics and I've always wanted to do a website with this design and I finally have the excuse to do so.
Look at this blockquote!
Wow!
Or maybe don't :(
Also the style of this blog will be inspired by the design of markdown files. It is only now at the time of writing this that I realized I didn't add links.
Since this blog will be mainly about coding, I also add inline code and codeblocks:this is an inline code
console.log("This is a codeblock"); #include <stdio.h>
int main(void) {
printf("This is also codeblock with a filename up top!")
}I have plans to add to this website like website tags, search function and also an option to toggle blogs to a sans-serif font. I am thinking of something like an actual markdown render for that.
Below this the list of styles I have added currently
bold italic strike code
Unordered list
second one
nested one
another one
